RTM Information

APT Real Time Monitor (RTM) and Web Application was Developed as a PC Based Operational Control Platform with Remote Monitoring & Database Recording Capabilities. Our System is Currently Configured for use with Multi Zone Sintering Furnaces. However, our Software & Sensors can be Adapted for use on a Variety of Industrial Equipment.

The Main System Utilizes a 32 bit 240Mhz Dual Core Micro Controller. Communications Occur Asynchronously Over WiFi with RS485 Modbus Connections to the Temperature Transmitters and other Pre-Defined Inputs and Outputs. Basically, The Micro Controller functions as a Web Server, IO Control System, and a Communications Platform.

Our System can be Customized with Various Types of Additional Analog or Digital Sensor Inputs. These Include Sensors for... Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Position, Velocity, Frequency or a Simple On/Off Status of a Relay or other non Mechanical Contact. IO's are Programed through the Micro Controller and are Customized to Perform Specific Pre-Defined Tasks. Other Features can Include a Touch Screen HMI device for localized Setting and Monitoring and a SD Card for Input/Output tracking and recording.

Currently our System can be Operated from a Computer, Tablet or Mobile Phone VIA an Internet or LAN Connection. The HTML Application allows for Real Time Monitoring and Control of the User Specified Parameters and Features. For additional Security measures, Custom Skripts can be developed which help to prevent un-authorized use. Our system is both Flexible & Expandable.
